Sam said, "I reached a point in my organisation where I was so frustrated. I simply wanted to get out of there. I initially wanted to change jobs, but you know how tough it is to find a new work in Ghana. And for the previous nine years, I have worked for this particular company. After completing the GIMPA in 2014, I was hired.
